As of Jan 1, 2025 Washington state covers doula services.

These services are at no cost to the client! The medicaid benefits include:

• A two hour intake visit, in person

• Labor and delivery support, no matter your birth plan or any changes that may take place

• 20 hours of prenatal or postpartum support to be used at your discretion. This is available for use any time the first year postpartum!
